Wouldn't say it fits the CHARACTER much, but an interesting Ragnaros alternative!
 
Maybe a bit weak - it wouldn't hurt it to also have att equal to health and -1 mana (tho I'd just decrease the stats a bit and make it 7 mana or somesuch) since its still leaves a usable 1/x where R. would usually just remove them. 8+ healths and big Deathrattles aren't common enough imho to make the trade equal.
