I know this is just your way of an alternate universe, but in my opinion, here's what I think the Shadowbolt pony AU should go element wise: Twilight Sparkle will still be the Element of Magic, Sugarcoat would be Honesty, Indigo would be Loyalty, Sour Sweet would be Kindness, Lemon Zest would be Laughter, and Sunny Flare would be Generosity.
