I thought this was hilarious, and I don't care that Celestia was OOC! (I am one of those fans who really would love a Celestia episode, too!)
Humor is subjective, the sun rises in the east, etc. I also *highly doubt* that people who make the "tyrant Celestia" jokes are even *remotely* serious about it. I take it as tongue-firmly-in-cheek!
