That is the price of becoming adept in something, you start to see the faults that always were there but you couldn't see/care about before.
 
I onced talked with an anon that, due to his work making electronic music for games, could heard faults in game music he used to like, this depressed him a lot because now he cannot hlisteardn that music without feeling it "wrong".
