I dunno, the face is obscured as if she's crying and we don't see her touching Sunset. From his other drawing I remember that pony Twilight likes Glimmer and consequently girls, while human Twilight likes Justin and consequently boys. Or maybe they like both.
 
Or maybe this is actually pony Twilight.
