Well, she could have been civil instead of being aggressive to innocent ponies, especially Twilight, her brother, Applejack, Rarity, Rainbow Dash and Pinkie Pie. Sure, she had a breaking point but there are other ways to react rather than rage and act like Courtney from Total Drama.


 
The only time I didn't find it terrible when she's assertive and/or brave is in Fluttershy Leans In, Hurricane Fluttershy and Dragonshy.


 
Also, she's the element of KINDNESS. Raging at the innocent is the opposite of kindness, even at its breaking point.
