But I still think claims that she's taken over the show are melodramatic when she doesn't even appear in the majority of episodes. To be honest, I didn't consider the S6 finale to be overtly serious either, even with its relatively high stakes. Again I might be biased because I think this show is at its best when it's comedic, but _*especially_* with season 7's not terribly serious slice-of-life premiere, I think people are going way over the top with these concerns. If the mane six weren't important, they wouldn't still fill the vast majority of the show.
