Rarity's reaction is the funniest but out of these 4 characters, Rarity's the only one that has the right to laugh because of the close friendship she shares with Spike.
 
EDIT: Also, if Spike just wants a date, he can go to the Crystal Empire. He's not gonna have a problem getting a female there... or a male if he's in to that too. Or even both at the same time.
