then the writer got salty over this and started to spread rumors over Jay Fosgitt to vent and for revenge.

Or maybe she simply doesn't like his artstyle and feels as falsely superior as his other haters.....[/bq]

I wouldn't go that far honestly.., I think the IDW staff get along pretty well. They both probably just made a mistake. I don't think there's any "conspiracy" against Fosgitt. Even fans who'd try to get him fired would have no luck if they tried. (They couldn't even get writer Ted Anderson fired. Though, let's not get into the Anderson drama.)

Honestly, I've seen worse, though admittedly the giraffe is a bit weird looking, and some issues like the Daring Do & Fluttershy one weren't his best, but they still had good moments, and facial expressions in it, I felt.

I disagree he's always off-model, though what some people seem to mean by that is, his art either don't look like correct horse anatomy, (granted, ponies in the show resemble real horses as much as Knuckles resembles a real echidna to me) or doesn't look exactly like vectors taken straight from the show, which is apparently how some think everybody should draw them that way. Honestly, I like how his art looks a li'l different from emulating the show style. It's a nice change of pace from every other IDW artist whom draws like the show style) as I do see some hints of the show style in his art style. (Like say big eyes, small snouts.) To be honest, I think cartoons look better when they go off-model occasionally, and I like seeing different art styles sometimes. The show does that alot too, like wherever a character does a funny facial expression, or something they tend to look off, but not in a bad way. To quote John K. "Staying on-model is for commies."

Also, if you look at my post below I posted images of the more _*beloved_* IDW comic artists also drawing the characters off-model, (and not in a good way) or half-assing panels, so they're guilty of it too. But nobody seems to hold them to the same standards as Fosgitt now all of a sudden. (Which is ironic, 'cause Tony Fleecs used to get as much guff as he did, and people used to be quite critical of how Andy draws Spike.)
