The way I see it, it's fine. Judging from previous panels(this one may not show accurate relative size because of blur and perspective), at this point the eye is about 70-80 times wider than the planet's diameter. Or roughly 1 million kilometers if the planet is Earth-sized. Assuming (generously) that the Eye in the Sky has angular diameter of around 60 degrees (occupying 1/6 of the horizon), it would have to be about 850 000 kilometers from the planet - or around a few inches from her point of view. Which is feasible. And undeniably awesome.
