No, what I meant is that white is a mix of colors and due to the limitations of computer monitors and all light sources and colors in this universe the mix will always contain a little more of some colors and therefor you could argue that it isn't white and in fact white does not exist. But at some point the difference is so small that it doesn't matter. Technology might be able to differentiate better than the human eye but why don't you just call something white if **most** people see it as white?
