It seems you don't understand what "canon" means. Here's the dictionary definition: "established or agreed-upon constraints governing the background narrative, setting, storyline, characters, etc., in a particular fictional world". While Derpy being a mother is certainly within the realm of possibility, it is not "canon" because it is not an established fact in the lore of FiM. NWever mind we rarely evenr see Derpy with children to begin with.e show anyhow.
