Nothing is for free, and sometimes people suffer to make things happen. Most soy plantations in third world countries abuse their employees to the point of violating human rights. We know there are things that go wrong in the world, but pessimism won't help much.
Some people do love their work, and they display it. If the people working on the show do not love it beyond the moneymaking part, then something is going wrong. I believe there are at least some staff members who do love the show, but probably are not as loud on the public scene.
The fact that most things are done out of necessity or instinct does not mean they can't be enjoyed or done with a positive outlook.
The last parts regarding slave labor are the hardest ones to be honest. I often stop and think about it. Something must be done about it for the sake of everyone, even for the sake of free market.
