Yup. Well, depends on how you define "creator". NCN came up with the very general idea of "mares getting raped", and he commissioned most of the images. He doesn't write or produce art himself though, and most of the surrounding ideas (like using the caribou, using the Crystal Heart for mind control, etc.) came from other people. He just decides which ideas his contributors should take up into what's refered to as "FoE canon".
