That's illegal in the United States. The law considers it a choking hazard to put toys inside candy.


 
Kinder Joy, however, **is** legal, since the candy is in one half and the toy is in the other.
 
They also changed the Wonder Ball to how it is now because of the law. (Yes, they started making the Wonder Ball again! After almost 20 years I saw them again and got a Paw Patrol one.)
