If they draw pictures of their beloved character being viciously mutilated and gored, and get some kind of pleasure from seeing someone sexually violate what's left - among the pile of blood and guts - then yes, probably. Either way, I think it's pretty obvious that the content of this actual image isn't meant to be universally appealing, it's appealing to a certain fetish. So of course there's people who aren't into this. My main point earlier is that perhaps this fetish, as it is shown in this image, isn't so unusual or heinous as people tend to believe, judging by their harsh reactions.
