||In the Dragon Ball manga/anime, part of Goku's training under Master Roshi involved delivering milk. His iconic Super Saiyan form has blond hair and green eyes. Arizona's alt-design here is her with blond hair and green eyes and since she's a cow, they reference the milk delivery for the design.
 
Then there's the whole fighting game thing going on too. Dragon Ball FighterZ recently came out too.||
