Besides, Sombra was completely destroyed. Unless his horn was found by Chrysalis, then the situation would be logical.


 
I'm still inclined to Chrysalis taking over, unknown to everyone else, since we saw the real Celestia trapped in spiked vines of some sort under the throne room, which is weird considering changelings usually trap their prisoners in cocoons.
