It's a blue feather. There was a Twidash fic where it's tradition for Pegasus to give their first shedded feather to their lover, or something like that. I don't remember exactly, but it pops up in a lot of Twidash pictures, and the artist usually draws pics of that pairing. I just didn't tag this as such because there's nothing shippy about this picture.
