It's not just "valid and reasonable criticism", but it also have a substance that will give the artist the idea to improve, not just criticizing for the sake of criticizing.

the shape of the horse/ tree does not look good
the shading on the character looks terrible, barely in the background
the tree trunk isn’t colored in all the way
the image looks extremely compressed

The only thing I can get that give the artist a good point to improve is this one "the tree trunk isn’t colored in all the way" only that other isn't.
