No one is claiming its theirs. You're name is listed right there in the tags if you're really the artist.
You also have the share links active on your DeviantArt. Why do you have them on if you don't want people Sharing the art?
The comments on the DA even have you saying "Thank you" to EQDBot for featuring the image there. How is this any different? It even gives you *more* personal attention than lumping you in with a bunch of other artists.
