The video claims it doesn't know if UBI is a good idea or not. No idea if it is myself either. If a country of significant standing uses it I'd consider trying it out, but I feel there's probably a reason we aren't all already in a similar system.
A lot of people would enjoy evading work and I can't honestly blame them as it is a pain sometimes. But if it only exists as an idea then there's not much hope for it; there aren't any new places left to sprout new countries and new governments.
