I will give you the benefit of the doubt and assume this is ignorance on your part, but the way you did it it only makes it unnecessarily harder to find where did the thing actually come from. You can already see some comenters here assumed it was a derpi quest, if you need proof.
If it's from desuarchive, you should link to the post where the image was attached. If it's to anonpone, to the page where it was. ie: https://www.anonpone.com/grillpone/32416473
And in case you're unaware of this, the cyoa and derpi communities have had a lot of clashing in the past.
