That's a fan theory that was never confirmed (but one I do really love). If anything, the recent holiday special implies some of them might not be Chrysalis' children since it seemed to show an adult Changeling couple with baby Changelings.


 
And even if they're all her children, the idea that Occellus being the future queen and/or the idea of Occellus being afraid of being too much like her abusive mother aren't too far fetched ideas either in my opinion.
