...I have actually heard of people wearing diapers for insomnia before. Getting up to pee ruined their sleep so consistently it became a serious problem interfering with their life. So they were willing to resort to extreme measures.
 
There is a solution to your conundrum Twilight, but like many things in life, you have to ask yourself, HOW FAR ARE YOU WILLING TO GO?
