First of all, I very publicly and blatantly retired, so I have no idea why are you bringing this up NOW, since it doesn't matter anymore.

Second...one of the reasons I retired is because Marvel had me by the balls. The only reason the characters in the Epilogue were looking for the way to undo the snap is because the characters in current MCU canon are looking for ways for undo the snap.

Why is there no one in canon that goes "the only way to undo the snap is if Thanos willingly gives up the Stones"? I don't know, but I CAN tell you that it's most likely NOT the way "Endgame" is gonna go, since it would rob us of the confrontation between Thanos and the Avengers.

And that's bullshit either way, since in "Infinity Gauntlet", the whole thing was undone once Nebula snatched the Gauntlet away from Thanos. Meaning the Gauntlet CAN be taken away without permission. And this was the original Gauntlet story written by Jim Starlin, so it has precedence over what later writers may have written about the Gauntlet.

Third, "Gyro breaks the fourth wall by pointing out that no one is allowed to break the fourth wall" *was*WAS the joke (because even "storyline" pics were allowed to had jokes).
