Not exactly _*sexual_*, unless taken to that extreme by both parties. Starlight's just beckoning Sunburst to partake in a Pocky game, where both people try to eat most of the Pocky from both sides. It's often played by couples, since it ends in a kiss.


 
Basically, a Japanese version of that spaghetti scene from Lady and the Tramp.
