If we treat these QT bats like most medical supplies I use, there'd be a strict no-reuse + no-sharing policy, of course. "One bat per patient!" :D


 
But in the interest of preserving the lives of these adorable smol bat pones, I'll postulate that they are immune to most communicable human diseases, viruses, infections, etc. As to the exact reason for that immunity, I'll leave that to others to decide.
