The suds/bubbles look ok so far.
If you want to do a transparent bubble floating:
- draw a white opaque circle,
- fill the inside of the circle with colours that match the background accordingly, until nothing but the almost-thin circumference line is white
- distort the colours accordingly (as you observe how bowls and bubbles work with things behind them)
- add highlights and reflections for extra effects.
