I can see where you’re coming from, but I think having Flash not get with her and loosing hTwimlight to a guy is the closest he’s gotten to any character development so far. Timber is not a good character, but you could argue he’s not really meant to be. Maybe he’s only supposed to be a temporary partner, leading to a break up that’ll develop both their characters.
