Well, there is love that is not instant, and there are no _*reall hints_* of an even growing (romantic) relationship. As I wrote in the comment you respond to, if there was _*anything_* building between them, Sunset would worry Flash forgot her redeemption - which she didn't _*at all_* in _*Forgotten Friendship_*. That's not even mentoning that Sunset still has more on screen interractions even with Starlight and Trixie, than with Flash, so there is, as of yet, little "time" of them "building up" towards a hypothetical romantic relationship.
