So an established dialogue, in this page approved by Hasbro and IDW, being a lie is a fact only because YOU think it is.
(Sigh) That's not how reality works, and you KNOW that's not how reality works.
Your argument is a non existent one. Your are pushing your headcanon and your narrative onto already existing fictional characters and an already written story that you have absolutely no control or weight over. Nobody at Hasbro or IDW who wrote and approved this CARES what you think of your headcanon version of Discord.

Umm, because he only cares what Fluttershy thinks of him. This is canon in the show. He was only willing to save people from the changeling's when Fluttershy got captured.
This is about the 10th time I've told you that Discord is absolutely not a saint, that he's a snake and aliatroll but he has some standards...and this about the 11th time you've accused me of calling Discord a saint.
This level of inability to listen is getting more then a little ridiculous. :/

Dude, I think your projecting a little. You know just as well as I do that there is no canon page where he says the page above is a lie, that in no way will everyone universally accept your extremely personal interpretation, no matter how well thought out you THINK it is.
Your issues with Discord are simply your own personal issues with Discord, as well as your issues with this comic, which while has tenuous canonicity being a comic, was still approved and must be treated as such. If you want to argue that all the comics are non canon, then that's another conversation entirely. But this whinefest of yours is getting a little too heated as it is. Please calm down.
