Wait, isn't this perk useless?  
Edit: If explanation is needed, this perk in New Vegas literally did nothing due to the game searching for either "Energy" or "Energy Weapon" and the game only having the other so the perk did nothing. Absolutely nothing. All it does is waste a perk point.
