They got way more aggressive and intense than back in A Royal Problem too.

I don't think Celestia sees Luna as a kid though, that's part of why she was so angry in this scene,
because she finds Luna's behavior to be 'childish'. She wants a sister to 'rely on' (or 'boss around').
