You're quite right - searching the database by score, the highest scored image is currently this one:

A million is...unlikely, to say the very least.
If you mean a million votes generally, rather than an overall score (upvotes minus downvotes) of 1 million...still unlikely, but ever-so-slightly less-so. :)
