This must have been the 5th Earth Pony-Pegasus War 100 BPU (Before Pony Unity). This noble warrior, Honorsword, is to this day a national hero of the Children of Gaia (a secessionist movement dedicated forming a seperate Earth Pony republic from Equestrian under Celestia.)
