I still hate that we got absolutely *_**zero_*** background or explanation on why a *_**filly_*** is a top-tier goddamn supervillain.
If this was a darker and/or more cynical show I would just roll with it, but here it makes no sense when the next worst filly was simply bullying the Cutie mark Crusaders in her heyday.
That being said, Cozy Glow is definitely one of the best evil kids ever, and I love the way she was 'dancing' and taunting the guards here. I don't blame her coolness for the writers' unwillingness to explain her existence.
