Ok, so after reading the description, here's my interpretation of events.
All three girls were having a sleepover, possibly Trixies wagon or Twilights castle. There was Drinking involved.
Police raided the party looking for Trixie who had an arrest warrant for drug possession and attempting to seduce an officer. When Starlight tried to stick up for Trixie, the cops did a background check on her and found out she was also wanted for crimes committed when she was still a villain. Starlight has a panic attack and starts crying.
Sunset wakes up from an alcohol induced blackout when she hears Starlight crying And thinks her friends are being attacked. She attacks the officers in a drunken rage and is only stopped when they dogpile her NFL style.
