||The seal for Discord only weakened because one: Celestia and Luna were no longer connected to the Elements (Celestia outright stated that in Discord's debut), which **isn't** a factor with those three, due to the Elements *not* being used, two, because he was unambiguously conscious while in stone, and three, because he gains power from chaos and disharmony, and is just extremely powerful by default.
All three of those are either completely untrue, or it's a nonfactor, in the case of consciousness. I don't think Chrysalis is ever gaining power from love as a statue, especially considering her immortalized expression is that of unbridled hatred.[/spoiler]||
