I know exactly why he's talking about "power" or "punching Up\Down". It's because SJW's in general like TUA here are indoctrinated into the idea that everything in life needs to be viewed through the lens of Power Dynamics. It still comes from a roundabout idea that "punching down" against black people is really bad, because black people in general don't have the power to protect themselves from everything, even criticism.
In another context, his idea is a case of White Supremacy. He feels White people are better than everyone else, but he feels bad for the inferior black people that can't defend themselves. Because to him, black people are seen as having the mental\emotional capacity of children and he feels like he's defending them from a conspiracy of evil White people.
In short, him\SJW's are just covert White Supremacists with a guilty conscience for all the other inferior races.
Really makes you think when you start deconstructing ideas of Far Leftist propaganda.
