True, some fans thought "TMNT2: Out of the Shadows" went overboard on the classic characters. It had so many, that some of them hardly got any focus. (Like Splinter & Karai, whom hardly did anything in it.) Though, frankly I thought that movie was much better then the previous 20134 one. (And Wil Arnett was a perfect Vernon Fenwick.)
