You requested opinion on this gun, you named it trottenheimers folly, so that gun looks a lot different than this. From the compicture you got this from I believe it’s actually a semi auto drug mag shotgun, it looks pump action but I cannot confirm unless you ask the artist who drew it. So I’d say remove the big block infront of the drum Mag, and remove the fore-grip on the front.
