No. It isn't, because this isn't in character. Cheezelegs isn't getting revenge, she's getting mouthpieced by some loser who just hates Starlight and has no better outlet than pathetically pretending to "hurt" a fictional character with an inaccurate depiction of making her cry about things it makes absolutely no sense in canon for her to be crying about.
