In Equestria at War mod, if you go down the Solar Empire route and have Celestia transform into Daybreaker, she creates a cult of herself. Twilight and Luna object and defect, but while Luna creates an enclave of old Equestria (or a goverment in exile), Twilight can be captured and, well... "convinced"into actively servinge Daybreaker.
