Late reply, but yes, I asked the artist, ProvolonePone, to make those badges small -- basically easter eggs.
The idea is that I always struggle to decide whether I prefer RariJack or AppleDash, so, in my modded version of Fallout New Vegas, I came up with a silly headcanon which assumes all three are a romantic asexual trio! Please don't judge, ahaha! ^-^
