Despite that name discrepancy (which only came about when Alicorns disappeared), Alicorns are still above Pegasi, Unicorns, and Earth pony kings and queens on the royal hierarchy. Truth be told, this is something that I hope we see in G5-Queen Haven now having to deal with a pony that is above her, being the head of the entirety of Equestria, *including* Zephyr Heights. It would make for an interesting dynamic.
