Aside from the Pic not being MtG styled, I could see this being a legit card they add. I also agree with HiV3M1nD on this one. Although I see an offensive capability, you can enchant your opponent, which makes the rate at which it decays them, OP as its a 2BB mana for a 10 turn guaranteed victory.
