Well, most of the food we eat is in fact reproductive organs, or is directly taken out of reproductive organs during harvest. Or at least all fruit, grain (and by extension anything with flour), nuts, berries, many veggies, mushrooms... and also eggs (aka. chicken period). Milk is also indirectly related to reproduction.
