A bit of advice even tho I’m not good at advice:
The colours on Twilight are a bit off, maybe try testing your pens on scrap paper until you find one closer to the desired colour. Also, the background seems a bit rushed.

I understand, drawing ponies can be tricky. But looking at tutorials and using references can help. Along with drawing guidelines and taking your time.

Maybe even start with a pencil sketch till you get the right shapes. Then trace over that.

When colouring try to keep the strokes going in one direction. Like either just going up and down or left and right with the tool. It will look better and less messy.
