I don't know for sure, as I heard on their official discord Ben, the initial creator, quit the project after release of last demo in 2019, so now Brlight Smile leads development, and he's currently unable to pay other developers for their work, because he's from Russia, and... well, you know the rest.
Reason: fixed mistake with developer's nickname
